Supported by European Union funds, this prestigious project represents an important part of the Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ vision for the modernization of the country’s healthcare infrastructure. The hospital is being developed in the center of Bucharest.
The project comprises approximately 93,000 m² of indoor construction area and is targeted for completion within 29 months. With a total capacity of 450 beds, the facility stands out not only due to its scale but also due to its environmental and energy performance.
Designed in accordance with nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, the project aims to set high standards in energy efficiency, sustainability, and the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies within the healthcare sector.
The hospital is planned as an integrated healthcare complex comprising emergency services, general wards, advanced diagnostic and treatment units, operating rooms, intensive care units, and laboratories. It will also serve a strategic role in military healthcare through its high-security areas and specialized facilities.
